Circuit training is a great way to improve mobility, strength and stamina, and to burn calories in a controlled class environment. Speed, strength, agility, balance and quickness will be challenged.

These exercises focus on giving you a full body, high intensity workout using all of your major upper, lower and core muscle groups and are designed to cater for all fitness levels and easier and harder adaptions of all exercises are provided to suit every level of ability.

Groups of selected exercises performed at stations in a defined sequence for a defined period of activity / recovery. Depending on the style of the circuit each of the energy systems could be used, ATP-PC for short more explosive exercises, anaerobic for longer high intensity exercises and aerobic for less intensive longer exercises.
