Hello! My name is Katie, I am very happy to be starting this weekly yoga class in the Clyst St Mary community. I am passionate about the benefits that yoga can bring to our physical health and mental wellbeing, I look forward to sharing this practice with you!
The classes will be mixed ability, so beginners are very welcome. I offer variations and options throughout allowing you to move at your own pace. You can definitely come along if you feel you are neither strong or flexible!
I will guide you through some stretching and strengthening poses and finish with a short guided relaxation 🙂
