Despite being a busy hall, with many regular hirers, we welcome new bookings and you will see from the calendar below that there are plenty of vacancies, particularly during the day and at weekends but early booking is recommended.

Making a booking

If there is a time and day that suits, please click on the Booking Enquiry button below and fill in the form to request a booking.

If the booking you have requested is possible the bookings administrator will send you an email confirming the booking along with the cost and a hirer’s guide. Our charges our detailed on the Hire Charges page but if you would like a quote or have any query to raise before submitting the form below please use the contact form on the Get in Touch page.

An invoice will be sent out the month before hire and it must be paid within 10 days of receipt.

Please note that the hall is run by volunteers who process enquiries and new bookings in batches once or twice a week.

If your need is urgent (e.g. for a funeral wake), please call 01392 949088 and we will try to help.

Please be advised that, as of 28/03/25, bouncy castles and other inflatables are not permitted in the hall due to insurance requirements.
