The ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Clyst St Mary Village Hall CIO will be held in the hall on 18 March at 7.30pm.

We have drawn up some preliminary sketches for a proposed extension to the village hall.

We are pleased to announce that the village hall now has a DEFIBRILLATOR which is fitted near to the entrance in a fully accessible cabinet.

The next committee meeting will be held at the hall on the 3rd July from 7pm-9pm. All welcome!

We are having an OPEN MORNING at the village hall on 1 July from 10.00 to 12.00. Come and join us for coffee and cake.

The AGM will be held in the Village Hall on Monday 6th March 2023 at 7.30pm. All welcome!

We’re very excited to announce that we have recently installed a new sound system that hirers can use.

We are urgently looking for new Trustees to help with the running of the hall.

At the AGM on the 7 March it was unanimously agreed to start the process for conversion to a CIO.

From 27 January, because of the success of the booster roll-out, all measures under Plan B have been lifted, meaning face coverings are no longer mandatory in indoor venues.

We are holding our AGM at the hall on Monday 7th March at 7.30pm, everyone is welcome to attend. We are in urgent need of volunteers to help with the running of the hall.

Covid-19 necessitated the closure of the hall in the Spring of 2020. Although a great disappointment to both the committee and the user community, it was however recognised as an opportunity to completely redecorate the interior.

Whilst we welcome users to our hall from a wide area and are very grateful for their support, we take this opportunity to remind local residents that this is their village hall and it’s available at very reasonable rates for local functions – private parties and organised gatherings. Why not use it more?
